This policy explains what information may be processed when you use mydreamai.chat and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how Novarank LTD ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit mydreamai.chat. 2. Types of information we may process

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide. The public chat previews do not accept free-text messages, visitor accounts, or visitor photo uploads.

Usage and technical data

Our hosting, content-delivery, database, and security providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, approximate region, date and time, referral information, and diagnostic or security signals. This supports page delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and availability.

Scripted conversation state

Your selected conversation choices are held only in browser memory and reset when the page reloads. We do not store a public visitor's scripted transcript in an account or database.

Affiliate and advertising attribution

Partner links may forward approved landing-page parameters—gclid, campaign, adgroup, keyword, and creative—together with configured model information in t5, link placement in t6, and t7=mdac. We do not forward arbitrary query parameters, free-text content, email addresses, or visitor photos. These values are sent to the configured affiliate tracking destination only when you choose a partner link and may be treated as advertising identifiers.

Photos and generated media

The site may display a deliberately blurred, AI-generated preview supplied by us. We do not receive, upload, store, or display visitor photos. Information handled after you leave for a partner platform is governed by that platform's privacy policy.

3. How and why we use information

We may process information to deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website; understand site performance; attribute affiliate referrals and eligible conversions; respond to enquiries and privacy requests; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases for EU, EEA, and UK visitors

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for secure website operation, fraud prevention, responding to enquiries, improving the site, and operating an affiliate-funded discovery service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. We rely on consent where applicable law requires it and on legal obligations where processing is required by law.

Relevant information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, security, media delivery, affiliate tracking, professional advice, and business administration. The public chat and directory pages do not currently set analytics, advertising, conversation, account, or age-confirmation cookies. Advertising parameters in a landing-page URL are not cookies and are not placed into first-party browser storage by this site. Read our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering provider settings, security needs, affiliate accounting and dispute periods, legal obligations, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Public scripted conversation state disappears on reload. Affiliate and partner systems apply their own retention periods.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. Residents of certain US states may also have rights to know, correct, delete, or opt out of certain targeted-advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling activity. We do not sell personal information for money.

mydreamai.chat is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Partner platforms are independent third parties. We do not control their accounts, generated content, billing, privacy practices, or security. Review the provider's current privacy notice before registering, subscribing, or sharing information.
